The fenders are produced using injection molding machines with a compression capacity of 700-850 tons, at temperatures between 170-190 degrees Celsius, by adding dark gray paint and 9% elastomeric softener to the polypropylene raw material. Tensile, fracture, and high-strength tests are performed on one out of every 100 products on the production line.
