The pilot fender is produced in injection molding machines with a compression capacity of 1200-1500 tons, at temperatures between 180-200 degrees, by adding black paint and 15% elastomeric softener to the polypropylene raw material. Tensile, fracture, and tensile strength tests are performed on one product for every 120 products on the production line. Additionally, the grooves and white band on the outside of the product enhance its aesthetic appearance, and the band has extra properties such as shine in bright environments.
