Pilot fenders are produced using injection molding machines with a compression capacity of 700-850 tons, at temperatures between 170-190 degrees Celsius, by adding black paint and 9% elastomeric softener to polypropylene raw material. Tensile, fracture, and tensile strength tests are performed on one out of every 100 products in the production line.
