The fenders are produced using injection molding machines with a compression capacity of 700-850 tons, at temperatures between 170-190 degrees Celsius, by adding black paint and 8% elastomeric softener to the polypropylene raw material. Tensile, fracture, and high-strength tests are performed on one product for every 180 products on the production line.
