Double Wheel Channel Fender – Produced by adding black paint and 15% elastomer softener to polypropylene raw material, at temperatures between 190 and 220 degrees Celsius, and in injection molding machines with compression forces between 1600 and 1800 tons. Tensile, fracture, and breakage tests are performed on every 120 products on the production line.

Additionally, the channeled structure on the outer surface enhances the aesthetics of the product and also provides extra features by shining in bright environments. Water channels are present on the sides of the inner part of the product.
