The fenders are manufactured using injection molding machines with a compression capacity of 700-850 tons at temperatures between 170-190 degrees Celsius, by adding black paint and 8% elastomeric plasticizer to polypropylene raw material. Tensile, fracture, and tensile strength tests are performed on one out of every 80 products on the production line.
