The fender is manufactured using injection molding machines with a compression capacity of 1600-1800 tons, at temperatures between 190-220 degrees Celsius, by adding black paint and 15% elastomeric plasticizer to the polypropylene raw material. Tensile, fracture, and high-strength tests are performed on one product every 120 units in the production line. Additionally, the ribbed structure on the outside of the product enhances its aesthetic appearance, and the tape has extra properties such as shine in bright environments. The inside of the product features water channels to prevent water splashing onto the sides.
