The mudguard is produced in injection molding machines with a compression capacity of 1600-1800 tons, at temperatures between 190-220 degrees Celsius, by adding black paint and 15% elastomeric softener to the polypropylene raw material. Tensile, fracture, and tensile strength tests are performed on one product for every 100 products on the production line.
