Single Wheel Half Fender 45×90

The fender is produced in injection molding machines with a compression capacity of 800-1000 tons, at temperatures between 170-190 degrees, by adding black paint and 8% elastomeric softener to polypropylene raw material. Tensile, fracture, and tensile strength tests are performed on one product for every 150 products on the production line.
